Reliable delivery from HG

Reliable delivery is an essential component of good working rela-tionships - not least at the international level.

Reliability of delivery is not something we just talk about. We actually measure this aspect every week, and at present close to 97 per cent of all customers receive the goods ordered at the agreed time.

Of course, delivery time may vary a little, depending on the type of order and where you live. However, if it is really urgent, we can deliver within 24 hours for most destinations.

Freight charges are normally included in our offers. Return shipments are deducted 10%
